I’ve said it a billion and three times before but Friday marked yet another attempt at a healthier lifestyle. A new month, a new start. In the past I’d usually pull a copout and say that I jinx it every time when I eventually give up and quit because I showcased my progress so I’m not going to do that this time. But I just needed to get it out there. I’m going to try and I’m going to do my best but I’m not going to make any guarantees. I might as well surprise myself too, right?
